Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Specialist to join our team, working on the integration of Nearshore Teams with international clients across The Netherlands, Germany and other European countries.
* Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using C#, SpecFlow, Selenium and modern tools;
* Conduct API testing using Postman and Swagger, automating scenarios with RestSharp in BDD workflows;
* Perform manual testing across UI, API and backend layers to identify critical issues early in the development lifecycle;
* Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts and product owners to clarify requirements and define acceptance criteria;
* Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, reviews and retrospectives;
* Write clear and concise test cases, test plans and defect reports for traceability and transparency.
Required Skills
* Proven experience in QA automation and manual testing;
* Proficient in C#, SpecFlow, Selenium WebDriver, RestSharp, NUnit/xUnit and BDD/TDD methodologies;
* Familiar with UI, API, functional, regression and exploratory testing techniques;
* Skilled in working with Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins and test reporting pipelines;
* Knowledgeable in Agile/Scrum practices and cross-functional collaboration;
* Competent in SQL and development environments such as Visual Studio Code and Rider;
* Effective communication skills in English for daily collaboration with international teams.
Key Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
* Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing and automation;
* Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
