Job Title: Financial Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Support Specialist to support our Salesforce Billing Notifications Forms process. This role involves processing billing notification forms, ensuring paperwork and sign-off documents meet company requirements, verifying and controlling documentation needed to close BNFs at Salesforce, supporting business teams in setting up projects in IQVIA CRM, providing status reports of opportunities and pending workload to the Commercial Operations Team, and fostering cross-functional collaboration with various teams.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process billing notifications and respond to business requests.
* Verify and control necessary documentation to close BNFs.
* Support business teams in project setup and management.
* Provide timely status reports to stakeholders.
* Cultivate collaboration across functional teams.
Requirements:
* Certificate of Higher Education or Bachelor's degree.
* Previous experience in finance or sales administration, preferably with CRM knowledge (SFDC).
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese languages.
* Skills in Excel and Word.
