The Functional Specialist will play a crucial role in delivering tailored adoption recommendation services and large-scale adoption events for SAP Preferred Success and Advanced SP customers and their CSMs.Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for remotely delivering 1:1 and 1:M adoption and consumption focused services and workshops across SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite depending on their area of expertise and certification. They will also act as a subject matter expert for their area(s), developing exclusive content for SAP Preferred Success and Advanced SP HCM customers while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success and Advanced SP HCM offering.RequirementsAssociate Certification in at least one of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite modules (preferably Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll).Minimum 5-7 years' experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Suite.Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical colleagues and customers.
