Job Responsibilities:
1. Define, develop, and execute store expansion plans aligned with business priorities, reporting directly to the Expansion Director.
2. Identify and explore new business opportunities through partners or direct operations, including new markets and channels such as stores, online, and travel retail.
3. Explore and secure optimal locations for store openings, including market analysis, feasibility studies, site visits, and presentations.
4. Negotiate key terms and conditions of leases and agreements.
5. Develop a deep understanding of each market, customer profiles, channel trends, operational issues, and competitor activities.
6. Manage a portfolio of current and future markets, monitor performance, and mediate between HQ and business partners.
7. Build and defend solid business cases, budgets, P&L statements, sales forecasts, and manage a financially and commercially healthy portfolio.
8. Act as the main contact for leasing and tenancy negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
Profile:
* A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.
* Minimum five years of experience in expansion or real estate, preferably with insight into fashion retail.
* In-depth knowledge and contacts within the real estate landscape of LATAM's main markets.
* Additional regional knowledge is advantageous.
* Experience with franchised business models is a plus.
* Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
* International profile with social competence and effective communication skills for a multinational environment.
* Leasing skills and understanding of lease contracts and legal requirements.
* Based in Oporto or LATAM region, with full flexibility for frequent travel.
