Functions:
Customs Declaration Management:
Handle local customs declarations efficiently.
Cargo Release:
Perform cargo release tasks, including on-carriage and empty return coordination.
Pre-Invoicing Controls & Invoicing:
Ensure accurate pre-invoicing checks and manage invoicing processes.
Notice of Arrival (NOA):
Prepare and send notices of arrival to customers.
Idle Situations & Escalations:
Monitor and follow up on idle situations, escalating issues when necessary.
Product & Service Promotion:
Participate in promoting relevant products or services to customers.
System Modifications:
Manage and coordinate system changes with the involved teams.
Customer Service Support:
Provide guidelines and support to the customer service team on processes, disputes, and customer profiles.
