The company builds products, services, and experiences that inspire, excite, and delight. We are looking for a Release Manager - Dynamics 365 CRM to join this global organization.
Objectives
Ensure seamless, high-quality, and business-aligned software releases through effective planning, risk management, collaboration, and communication.
Responsibilities
* Creating and managing release calendars and schedules.
* Aligning releases with project roadmaps and business goals.
* Identifying risks in release processes and developing mitigation strategies.
* Planning rollback procedures for failed releases.
* Collaborating with development, testing, operations, and business teams.
* Reporting release progress and status to stakeholders.
* Managing change requests and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
* Serving as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
* Making informed decisions on release readiness and timing.
* Balancing speed of delivery with quality assurance.
* Produce outstanding technical articles for documentation purposes.
Qualifications
* Strong technical background, with proven track record in the following skills on Azure Cloud tech stack.
* Knowledge of Azure App Services, functions and Azure Resource Management (ARM) templates and Azure DevOps.
* Project setup optimization, proficient in pipelines, boards, and release management.
* Familiarity with deployment, updates, and integration of D365 applications.
* Power Platform: Understanding Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI deployment processes.
* Excellent communication skills that allow you to be able to lead topics across multiple stakeholders and oversee and coordinate various aspects of software delivery.
