About the Position
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Database Administrator to join our team. As an Oracle DBA, you will play a vital role in building, maintaining, and modernizing Oracle database platforms.

* Main Responsibilities:
* Create, manage, tune, and migrate Oracle databases (RAC, ASM, Dataguard);
* Automate database operations using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines;
* Manage security and vulnerability compliance with Qualys, proactively mitigating risks;
* Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams in hybrid and cloud-native environments;
* Support lifecycle management (LCM), upgrades, and patching processes in mission-critical setups;
* Contribute to modernization initiatives, enabling automation and AI-driven operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Oracle DBA;
* Solid hands-on experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, and Dataguard environments;
* Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef);
* Familiarity with vulnerability management tools (Qualys or similar);
* Understanding of database security, compliance, upgrades, and patching practices;
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling (Azure DevOps, Git), and cloud environments (Azure/AWS);
* Oracle Certified Professional certification is a plus;
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
