About the Role
You'll lead client implementations from kickoff to go-live—running meetings, presenting solutions, and ensuring AI agents get deployed successfully.
This is a client-facing role first. You need to be a confident, clear communicator who can hold a room, build trust with stakeholders, and keep projects moving. But you also need enough technical understanding to navigate conversations about APIs, integrations, and platform configurations without getting stuck.
You're not an engineer—but you're comfortable in technical territory and can bridge the gap between clients and our technical team.
What you'll do.
* Lead client meetings confidently—you're the face of Implement AI during implementations, running calls, presenting solutions, and keeping stakeholders aligned
* Own client implementations from kickoff to go-live
* Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients
* Troubleshoot integration issues—identifying what's wrong and either resolving or routing appropriately
* Work with clients on API connections, CRM permissions, and platform configurations
* Document common issues and improve our implementation processes
* Collaborate with the technical team when deeper expertise is needed
What we're looking for:

* Highly organised and proactive:
You track multiple projects, spot blockers early, and follow up without being chased.
* Technical understanding:
You grasp APIs, webhooks, integrations, and web applications. You can read documentation, understand technical requirements, and explain them in plain language
- Confident communicator:
You can lead a client meeting, present clearly, and hold the room. You're articulate, composed, and clients trust you.
- Problem-solver:
You're energised by unblocking things and finding solutions.
- Fluent English:
Our clients are primarily UK-based.
- Interest in AI and automation:
You are curious and using AI already
Nice to Have
* Experience in customer success, technical support, or solutions roles
* Familiarity with no-code tools or CRM platforms
* Background in SaaS, tech, or a technical-adjacent field
