Your Responsibilities
* Manage monthly financial closing tasks related to fixed assets for countries under your scope.
* Monitor asset lifecycle: acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
* Serve as the main point of contact for countries regarding Fixed Assets operations.
* Collaborate with process referents to launch and implement quality action plans.
* Support audit requests and provide necessary documentation.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in global finance transformation projects.
* Continuously develop technical skills and share best practices with colleagues.
* Proactively assess satisfaction levels of countries and co-create strategies for improvement.
* Work effectively within a multicultural and dynamic team driving global finance transformation.
Your Profile
Must-Have Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management.
* English proficiency (minimum B1+), written and spoken.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
* Team spirit and clear, constructive communication.
* Motivation to grow within an international project.
* Focused problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
* +1 year of experience in accounting, fixed assets, or treasury.
* Additional languages: Portuguese, Spanish, or French.
* Interest in automation tools, digital processes, and data analytics.
* Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking.
* Ability to adapt to different cultures and mindsets.
