Your new Role
As an IT Online Analyst, you will be responsible for:
* Data Modeling development and creation of the respective reports in Tableau;
* Analysis of customer paths and extracting value from BigQuery;
* Production of relevant information to support business operations;
* Event tracking and analytics, using Google Analytics and Snowplow;
* Collaboration with other teams, providing recommendations on Data pipelines.
What you will need to be succeed
To succeed as an IT Online Analyst you will need:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
* +5 years of experience working in the field;
* Experience in Data Modeling, Data Manipulation and Data Visualization (using Tableau, Snowflake or/and BigQuery tools);
* Experience in 1st party Data analysis, through CRM systems;
* Experience with Snowplow (GTM would be a plus), for event tracking and analytics;
* Background working with eCommerce implementations (would be a bonus);
* Familiarity with SQL, HTML and JavaScript;
* Familiarity with React and Next.js frameworks;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Fluency in English.
