Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional projects within the banking domain, ensuring alignment with business strategy, compliance, and technology architecture.
* Manage project lifecycle activities: scope, resource planning, timelines, risk assessment, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
* Ensure technical solutions meet financial and operational needs.
* Oversee vendor and third-party management, ensuring deliverables and budgets are met.
* Prepare and present status updates, executive reports, and steering committee materials.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and constraints proactively.
* Drive continuous improvement in project governance, agile/hybrid delivery models, and cross-team collaboration.

Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in the finance, banking, or fintech sectors.
* Proven track record in technology-driven initiatives (e.g., system integrations, digital banking platforms, data migrations, or core banking implementations).
* Solid understanding of financial products and operational processes.
* Strong technical acumen - ability to discuss architecture, APIs, integrations, and data models with developers.
* Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (business analysts, developers, testers, external vendors).
