Senior-level experience in SAP testing and integration management, with 5+ years in similar roles Proven hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion projects Strong knowledge of end-to-end test strategy definition and execution, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing Solid understanding of ECC processes, integrations, and custom developments, with a focus on validating business continuity in the new environment Experience leading integration testing across SAP modules and connected systems, ensuring data consistency and process stability Ability to define test criteria, plan test cycles, and apply a risk-based testing approach aligned with cutover activities Strong experience managing test execution, test cases, test data, and defect tracking Practical knowledge of tools such as SAP Solution Manager, Atlassian Jira, and SAP testing environments Familiarity with SAP Process Orchestration (PO), SAP S/4HANA, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP Fiori Experience in defect management, including prioritisation, retesting, and resolution follow-up Ability to act as the bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring UAT readiness and business sign-off Strong reporting a nd stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates to programme leadership Experience ensuring test environment readiness and test data availability throughout the project lifecycle Strong focus on validating custom code, regression coverage, and minimising business disruption during transformation Availability to support cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases Fluent English is required German is a plusWhat can you expect from us?
