· defining "upgrade or buy" policies
· maintenance/servicing plan policies and selective audits.
New/ replacement projects: Work with procurement and country heads of rad ops to define specifications for equipment replacement and greenfield projects.
Reactions to events: provide guidance to local ops teams on handling adverse events of equipment (eg quenches)
Technology insights: Stay up to date on the technical development of different equipment modalities (e.g., spectral and photon counting CT, helium free MRI) and of evolution of the vendor offer in all relevant areas
