Warranty Audit Specialist
The ideal candidate will collaborate with our client to analyze and explain deviations in the warranty process. Key responsibilities include ensuring findings from audits are accurately reflected in chargebacks, managing open claims, and creating and correcting invoices.
* Key Responsibilities:
* - Ensure audit findings are reflected in chargebacks
* - Proactively manage open claims based on defined criteria (e.g deadlines, objections)
* - Create and correct invoices independently
* - Continuously improve the chargeback process using technology
Requirements:
* - Business background or equivalent experience
* - IT affinity and experience with optimizing processes
* - SAP experience a plus
* - Proficient in Microsoft Office
* - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* - Excellent teamwork skills and collaborative mindset
