Create a social media strategy and calendar for various social platformsDevelop and execute original ideas, scripts, and concepts end-to-endCraft all creatives, including messaging, design, and videoProduce content focused on marketing and B2 B topics to drive traffic and growthUtilize AI to generate content ideas and help with executionCollaborate with the marketing team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBuild and engage a professional online community through impactful contentRepresent the brand consistently and professionally across all platformsOptimize You Tube performance through SEO, thumbnails, and high-retention contentUse social trends (sounds, challenges, formats) to expand reach and visibilityTrack and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve resultsRequirements
5+ years of experience creating content for You Tube, Tik Tok, and InstagramProven experience in B2 B and/or media environments.Strong copywriting and storytelling skills to produce engaging, on-brand contentProficient in social media tools, analytics, and video editing softwareProgressive thinker and avid user of AIPassionate about communication, creativity, and making an impactAble to work between 6 AM and 3 PM ESTRecruitment Steps:
