Payment Operations Specialist

### Job Description ###
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payment Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance operations, you will be responsible for processing payments activities and payment reports in our Shared Service Centre (SSC).

Your primary goal is to ensure the smooth execution of payment runs, reconciliation of outstanding payments, and analysis of accounts. You will also communicate with Treasury Team and Banks to align cash availability and resolve any queries.

### Key Responsibilities ###

* Process payment activities and payment reports in accordance with established procedures

* Reconcile outstanding payments, execute payment run, and transfer funds to bank accounts

* Analyze account status to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement

* Communicate with Treasury Team and Banks regarding cash availability issues or queries

* Support the preparation of financial statements and reports as required by management.
