Key Responsibilities
* Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max with a strategic mindset
* Monitor performance daily, interpreting data to optimize budgets, bids, keywords, and creatives
* Translate client goals into clear campaign structures and measurable KPIs
* Provide thoughtful analysis and performance insights, turning data into actionable recommendations
* Maintain account health through regular audits, testing, and refinement
* Collaborate closely with internal strategists, creatives, and account teams to ensure alignment and consistency
* Communicate campaign progress clearly and professionally with stakeholders

Core Qualifications
* Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts with measurable performance outcomes
* Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
