Business Analyst
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!
Location: Porto
Main Tasks:
Support the operational functioning of the CRAC Squad, particularly within the integration flows scope.
Respond promptly to user needs related to perimeter applications.
Organize and deliver training sessions to support user requests.
Follow up on IT and administrative incidents raised by users.
Monitor accounting flows within the CRAC scope.
Administer and evolve reporting tools, identifying opportunities for productivity gains.
Ensure the quality and organization of functional administration processes.
Contribute to the improvement of the Information Systems in collaboration with Finance and Risk departments.
Provide expertise in project activities, including analysis, acceptance testing, and training.
Anticipate the impact of projects on reporting processes and tools.
Maintain strong knowledge of reporting tools, financial processes, and the Finance Information Systems landscape.
Profile:
Degree in Computer Science or a related IT field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT and/or Financial project management functions.
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in financial environments.
Mandatory experience in administration of relational database tools.
Solid understanding of Finance concepts and processes.
Client-focused with strong customer care orientation.
Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
Autonomous, proactive, rigorous, and highly committed.
Ability to manage stress and changing priorities effectively.
Good listening and analytical questioning skills.
Language Skills:
Advanced French is mandatory.
Intermediate English (oral and written) is required.
