We are seeking a passionate and collaborative HR Manager to join our outstanding team in implementing local HR strategies aligned with the group-wide vision.
* In close cooperation with the Regional HR Director, you will ensure the execution of defined strategy and implementation of adequate tactics within HR.
* You will work with local management to identify and plan for HR requirements to meet short-term and long-term business needs.
* Advance HR aspects of management decisions and provide support to drive employee empowerment and satisfaction through ideal company culture implementation.
Key Requirements:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner in hospitality.
* Experience in multinational companies and international projects is highly preferred.
* Relocation within Portugal (continental & islands) may be possible.
* A proactive approach, strong team building and leadership capabilities.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Problem solving and continuous improvement.
* A high level of Portuguese and English spoken and written.
