We're Hiring – Head of Engineering | euroAtlantic Airways
At euroAtlantic Airways, we are looking for a Head of Engineering to oversee and drive the continuous airworthiness and technical excellence of our fleet.
Reporting directly to the Board, this is a high-impact leadership role with strong regulatory, operational, and strategic responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Engineering Department and manage all aspects of continuing airworthiness and maintenance planning.
Ensure full compliance with EASA/ANAC regulations, particularly Part-M, Part-CAMO, and Part-145.
Supervise aircraft maintenance programs, technical records, and engineering projects.
Represent euroAtlantic Airways in audits, inspections, and technical engagements with regulators and partners.
Inspire and lead a team of skilled engineers towards innovation, safety, and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation maintenance or engineering, with leadership roles in CAMO/MRO environments.
Deep knowledge of the EASA regulatory framework and aircraft maintenance systems (AMOS, OASES or similar).
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Experience with IOSA, ANAC and EASA audit processes will be considered a strong asset.
