To support our brand's growth and storytelling efforts, we're looking for a Lisbon-based Content & Brand Project Manager to orchestrate and execute our content initiatives across platforms. You'll bridge strategy and execution, bringing structure, coordination, and creative energy to every campaign.
Your Mission
Coordinate, manage, and deliver content projects that drive brand performance, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and timelines.
Your Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Management
* Own the planning and execution of brand and content projects from brief to delivery.
* Build and maintain production calendars, track milestones, and manage internal and external stakeholders.
* Liaise with creatives, freelancers, and influencers to ensure deliverables meet timelines and brand expectations.
Content Production Oversight
* Support and manage the production of social, blog, and brand assets (photo, video, copy).
* Collaborate with the Content Manager and performance team to ensure alignment between strategy, assets, and KPIs.
* Repurpose content across channels (Instagram, TikTok, blog, email, website, ads).
Asset Management & Quality Control
* Review and organize content in the DAM for efficient reuse.
* Ensure content follows brand tone, visual style, and legal standards.
* Optimize metadata, captions, and format for each channel and campaign.
Performance Monitoring & Learning Loop
* Track key content metrics, report on campaign effectiveness, and suggest improvements.
* Document best practices and learnings to improve future output and workflows.
Requirements
* 2+ years' experience in project or content management, social media, or brand coordination.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate cross-functionally.
* Solid understanding of content formats, social trends, and storytelling principles.
* Comfortable working with creative tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe) and production workflows.
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
* Bonus: experience with influencer campaigns.
