What are we looking for?
* Up to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
* Solid hands-on experience in developing machine learning projects using Python, R, or SAS - including model deployment to production and full lifecycle management.
* Knowledge of analytical models such as regression, classification, clustering, and other machine learning techniques on structured data.
* Skilled in implementing models in code (Python, R).
* Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence (valued).
* Experience in the Energy & Utilities sector and understanding of GDPR regulations (valued).
* Experience developing AI-powered analytical solutions (highly valued).
* Background in creating interactive data visualizations for communicating complex results (valued).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Comfortable working in collaborative, global teams.
* High commitment to quality and delivery excellence.
* Fluent in English (mandatory); Portuguese and Spanish are considered a plus.
