As a Fullstack Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale, enterprise-level applications. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring other engineers. Your expertise in .NET and React will be crucial in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Requirements
You're Great At
1. Extensive experience with .NET development
2. Strong proficiency in React
3. Experience with Azure would be mandatory (Azure AI Foundry would be a huge plus)
4. Designing and implementing large-scale, enterprise-level applications
5. Providing technical leadership and mentoring other engineers
6. Leading architectural design decisions
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
8. Working in an Agile development environment
It Would Be Fantastic If You Also Have
9. Knowledge of best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing methodologies, and CI/CD processes
10. Experience with SQL
11. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
13. Passion for technology and continuous learning
14. Nice to have: Proficient in using Entity Framework Core (EF Core) for database operations

15. Designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale, enterprise-level applications
16. Providing technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team
17. Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
18. Mentoring and coaching other engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise
19. Driving architectural design decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
20. Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
