Collaborate with marketing on SEO/SEM, email, and paid campaigns.
Partner with logistics and operations to guarantee reliable, efficient fulfillment.
Support A/B testing and implement UX improvements on product pages and promotions.
Research competitors and trends to identify growth opportunities.
Assist in managing partnerships with ecommerce platforms, payment providers, and tools.
Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.
Who You Are
2–4 years of experience in ecommerce operations or management (fashion/retail preferred).
Proven ability to handle multiple aspects of online store operations.
Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and analytics tools.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing basics.
Fluent in English (German or Portuguese a plus).
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Analytical thinker with a practical approach to execution.
A team player who thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
Eligible to work in Portugal.
