Your opportunity:
Reporting to the ECA HR Services Director, you will ensure the establishment, security, and reliability of payroll and oversee the payment of various social contributions. You will also be responsible for personnel administration (contracts, amendments, reporting, etc.) and will participate in the implementation of the human resources policy. With an international dimension, you will be trained and implement payroll for different countries across Europe. You will be part of a European team that will enable the exchange of best practices and also allow you to participate in the search for collective efficiency.
Your Mission:
Your very good understanding of local labor law (Portuguese is a must) and payroll processes allow you to handle well with employees’ inquiries and labor or governmental requests. You have also a strong experience in payroll records, generating relevant reports on comp & ben items ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all legal requests. Due to your future international scope, an experience in countries wide payroll is also a must.
Your Profile:
Postgraduate studies in Human resources or accounting. You have at least 5 years of successful experience in payroll. Your fluency in Portuguese and English and your communication skills allow you to communicate internationally. Another European language (French or Italian) would be a plus. Proficiency in ADP tools (celergo) is highly desirable, as is the Office suite.
