Job Description:
Arrow Global is seeking a skilled Golf Sales Manager to join their team in Portugal. As the main point of contact for key golf partners, this role combines account management with marketing coordination and promotional initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial relationships, supporting the commercial strategy, and ensuring contractual compliance and brand consistency. They will also support the Commercial & Marketing Director with administrative tasks, such as contract management, rate sheets, and reporting.
In addition, the Golf Sales Manager will assist in planning and organizing fam trips, trade shows, and events, liaising with internal teams and external partners. They will maintain updated client databases, contribute to CRM accuracy, and monitor client performance.
This role requires strong organizational and administrative skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or account management, preferably within the golf, hospitality, or travel industry.
