Rate: €21 per hour
Must Haves:
* 2-3 years of experience supporting cyber, security, or IT-focused teams in a coordination, PM, or operations function
* Strong experience tracking project plans, roadmaps, and task progress across multiple workstreams
* Experience with knowledge management, documentation hygiene, or maintaining internal repositories
* Ability to organize and structure information in a way that is searchable, repeatable, and reusable
* Experience supporting governance processes, compliance tracking, or audit-ready documentation
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on documentation and process requirements
* Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Plusses:
* Experience supporting cyber programs or security-focused initiatives
* Familiarity with governance frameworks or internal control processes
* Experience using collaboration or knowledge management tools (Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
* Background in program coordination or operations support (vs. pure PM execution)
Day to Day:
We are seeking a Cyber Project Manager to support leadership in tracking cyber initiatives, maintaining governance processes, and improving knowledge management across the team. This role is less focused on traditional project management and more centered on coordination, visibility, and operational support across cyber workstreams.
This individual will help ensure cyber projects are progressing against plans, internal documentation is audit-ready, and key decisions are captured in a structured, reusable format.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Track and maintain visibility into progress across cyber team project plans and near-term roadmaps
* Coordinate with team members to ensure deliverables are moving forward and risks are surfaced
* Maintain and improve internal documentation to ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements
* Organize and structure working documents for clarity, accessibility, and long-term reuse
* Capture key decisions, updates, and actions in a consistent and searchable format
* Support overall knowledge management efforts, ensuring information is documented and easy to reference
* Provide general coordination support to offload operational and tracking responsibilities from leadership
