Required Skills and Qualifications
* 4-7 years of hands-on experience with monitoring systems and event/alert notification practices
* Experience in automation, scripting, and tooling development
* Proven ability to work on multiple projects, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
* Familiarity with working in shared on-call environments, and supporting production solutions
* Customer-facing skills
* Advanced English level
