About the role:
* Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond
* Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to develop and refine innovative financial products
* Identify product improvement opportunities and turn data-driven insights into actionable strategies
* Define user personas, craft seamless user journeys, and ensure top-tier product-market fit
* Drive the roadmap for new features, ensuring the product stays ahead of the competition
About you:
* Experience in a startup environment, ideally within FinTech
* Proven track record of managing the product lifecycle and launching products from concept to market
* Strong ability to influence stakeholders and partners, shaping product strategy with compelling insights
* Hands-on experience working closely with software engineers, designing user stories and persona mapping
