We're Hiring – Financial & Administrative Professional Location: Lisbon/Sintra + Hybrid Work Available Join our dynamic hotel group's financial department in a hybrid role where your experience can truly make an impact. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support and enhance our administrative and financial operations.
Requisitos : Your Role Will Include:
• Overseeing accounting and treasury functions
• Preparing financial and management reports
• Managing communications with accountants, HR, and official entities
• Handling administrative tasks, salary processing, and documentation
• Supporting management and ensuring compliance with deadlines What We're Looking For:
• At least 2 year of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting, HR, and relevant legislation (preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel and English (min. B level)
• Highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented
• Experience with payroll, auditing, or trial balance analysis is a plus What We Offer:
