Forvia's VIE Program?
The VIE Program of Forvia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world

The Main Missions Of The Role Are:
1. Pilot recruitment processes& talent sourcing and the on boarding follow up with managers;
2. Pilot the Plant Training Plan follow up and the adequate level of competencies need it;
3. Conduct and energize the Plant internal and external communication processes and promote the plant branding;
4. Organize the plant's social, recognition and team events;
5. Support the HR Plant Mgr in all the HR issues required, acting as a back up whenever need it;
6. Promote, ensure and respect best practices in terms of Health, Safety and Environment respecting the Plant and Group policy and regulations;
7. Drive HSE processes within his/her working area, improvement of working conditions and ergonomics initiatives;
8. Respect and ensure in his/her daily approach the correct and fully implementation of the Faurecia code of ethics (Respect for fundamental Human Rights, Development of economic and social dialogue, Development of skills, Ethics and rules of business conduct, if necessary reporting infringements to the Code of Ethics).
9. Respect and ensure in his/her daily approach the correct and fully implementation of the Faurecia code of management (Business Planning, Business Execution, Performance Management & People Development, Business Ethics)
Your profile and competencies to succeed
The ideal candidate will have/be:
10. Bachelor's Degree with a specialisation in HR
11. A first experience in the HR function within a industrial environment
12. Familiar with HR Information systems as well as MS office
13. International mind set
14. Good interpersonal skills
15. Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
