About Us:

UHM (United Hospitality Management) is a progressive hospitality company committed to fostering wellness and holistic health. We aim to inspire individuals to live healthier, more balanced lives through our premium wellness services and products. We are seeking a passionate and proactive Marketing Manager to lead and drive marketing strategies for our key wellness brands: Serenity, Active by Serenity, and Pure.


Job Overview:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across Serenity - The Art of Wellbeing and its sub-brands Active by Serenity and Pure.


This role drives brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence while adapting strategies to each sub-brand's positioning, audience, and commercial objectives.


The position requires a balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on digital marketing, PR, email marketing, and brand management, while embodying the values of wellbeing and holistic living.


Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning

* Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across Serenity, Active, and Pure
* Ensure clear positioning and differentiation of each sub-brand while maximizing synergies
* Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency in tone of voice, storytelling, and visual identity
* Build and manage annual marketing plans and campaign calendars
* Coordinate the production of offline marketing materials (brochures, signage, menus, presentations, and promotional assets).


Digital Marketing & Performance

* Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
* Manage website performance, SEO, and user experience across all brands
* Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly
* Collaborate with digital agencies and partners


Email Marketing & CRM

* Develop and execute email marketing strategies (newsletters, automations, campaigns)
* Segment audiences and personalize communication to increase engagement and retention
* Manage CRM tools and customer lifecycle strategies


Content & Social Media

* Define and oversee content strategies aligned with wellbeing trends and brand identity
* Manage social media presence, ensuring engaging and community-driven content
* Collaborate with creators, influencers, and wellness advocates
* Ensure consistency and quality across all digital platforms


PR, Partnerships & Brand Visibility

* Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand awareness and credibility, including press releases, media content, and editorial materials.
* Build and maintain maintain relationships with PR agencies, media, influencers, and wellness partners
* Identify and activate strategic partnerships within the wellbeing ecosystem
* Coordinate brand presence in events, activations, and collaborations


Analytics & Reporting

* Monitor performance metrics and produce regular reports on marketing activities
* Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and support decision-making
* Track market trends and competitor activity in the wellbeing and lifestyle space


Cross-functional Collaboration

* Work closely with operations, product, and experience teams to ensure brand alignment
* Support activations, launches, and customer experience initiatives
* Act as key wellness marketing advisor for internal stakeholders


Budget & Resource Management

* Plan, manage, and monitor marketing budgets
* Ensure efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI
* Coordinate external agencies, freelancers, and partners


Requirements:

* University degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
* 3-5 years' experience in digital and brand marketing (preferably in hospitality or luxury sector).
* Knowledge of paid media (Google, Meta), SEO tools, content platforms.
* Fluency in English and Portuguese.
* Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google/Adobe Analytics).
* Familiarity with CMS, e-mail marketing and CRM platforms, Adobe Suite, Canva or similar.
