We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business and drive revenue across Portugal and selected international markets. This is a hands-on role focused on sales execution rather than team management.
Key Qualifications & Requirements :
- Sales Experience : Demonstrated success in B2B sales or business development, preferably in health or technology sectors.
- Educational Background : A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Industry Adaptability : Ability to quickly understand and sell solutions in both the dental and IT domains.
- Communication Skills : Clear, persuasive, and confident oral and written communication.
- Language Proficiency : Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required. Proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
- CRM Familiarity : Comfortable using CRM tools (Odoo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Autonomy & Drive : Hands-on profile with strong self-organization and focus on results.
- Mobility : Willingness to travel, especially within Europe.
- Residency : Based in, or willing to relocate to, Portalegre or the Alentejo region, Portugal.
Responsibilities :
- Sales Execution : Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the dental and IT sectors.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with clinics, labs, and business clients.
- Prospecting & Outreach : Conduct lead generation, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Market Development : Explore and grow new regional and international markets.
- CRM & Reporting : Maintain sales pipeline and report activities in the CRM system.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and leadership to align messaging and offers.
- Customer Support : Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Sales Reporting : Deliver structured insights and performance reports directly to the CEO.
