1. Maintain compliance with IKEA Quality and Food Safety standards and relevant legislation across all food areas in the store. Promote a culture of safety and encourage co-workers to raise concerns and discuss solutions.
2. Secure an irresistible food offer by focusing on quality and presentation.
3. Identify commercial opportunities to grow sales and profitability.
4. Foster customer satisfaction through daily dialogue, learning from feedback, and acting on it.
5. Ensure the kitchen area is well-maintained and daily routines are followed.
