TheOperations & Transformation Leadwill be responsible for driving operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization.
This role focuses on optimizing processes, leading transformation initiatives, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while balancing cost, speed, compliance, and customer experience.
The role acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and key stakeholders.Responsibilities: Design and implement operational improvement and transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy.
Optimize end-to-end operational processes across key functions (Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Customer Service).
Drive service quality, efficiency, and scalability through KPI and SLA management.
Monitor operational and financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and effectiveness.
Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring clear scope, timelines, governance, and delivery.
Implement and standardize project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Ensure operational processes comply with legal, regulatory, and internal governance requirements.
Gather business requirements, translate them into actionable solutions, and oversee implementation.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing scope creep.
Support senior leadership with data-driven insights, user research, and operational recommendations.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.Requirements: Engineering / Business Administration degree.
5+ years of experience in operations, transformation, consulting, or project management roles.
Strong understanding of operational excellence, process optimization, and change management.
Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives in complex environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
