Responsibilities include understanding client needs, strategically preparing technical and financial proposals, and effectively managing the entire bidding cycle. The candidate should contribute to the company's success by ensuring high-quality technical and financial proposals, supported by detailed analysis, efficient team management, and regulatory compliance in Portuguese tenders. Previous experience in bidding departments is highly valued, especially in the areas of transport, traffic, public lighting, photovoltaic installations, and electric vehicle charging stations. Knowledge of public procurement regulations in Portugal is a plus.
