- Ensure professional coordination between the teams of the various areas under your management, particularly warehouse and shipping
- Optimize the use of resources and actively promote the reduction of operational costs
- Maintain a continuous focus on operational improvement by identifying optimization opportunities and implementing measures to increase efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) within the processes under your responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction (internal and external)
- Contribute to maintaining stock levels appropriate for JPM's operations
- Ensure proper alignment and compliance with all defined processes and procedures for the area, in accordance with internal and external standards and regulations
- Guarantee that all area operations are carried out effectively, ensuring that products, materials, and/or projects are sorted, packed, and shipped according to established procedures and deadlines
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Engineering or Technical Degree in Industrial Process Management or Logistics and Management
OTHER SKILLS
- Experience in warehouse management, logistics flows, inventory control, and shipping processes
- Proficiency in ERP systems and intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of warehousing methodologies and best practices in cargo handling
- Strong operational leadership skills, team organization, and quick problem-solving abilities
- Spoken and written English proficiency
- Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and ability to collaborate with internal teams
