We are seeking a Senior Leadership professional to lead our CRM strategy in regulated environments. This role involves developing and implementing data-driven strategies for customer engagement, retention, and growth while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy across key European and American markets, balancing commercial growth with regulatory requirements.
* Drive lifecycle campaign performance across diverse jurisdictions, ensuring tailored player experiences that meet both local regulations and player expectations.
* Ensure alignment with national regulations and licensing conditions, including communication limitations, promotional rules, and responsible gaming practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create CRM initiatives that are market-leading and compliant.
* Shape the direction and growth of regional CRM teams, promoting high standards, strong ownership, and a performance-oriented culture.
Requirements:
* CRM experience: 5+ years in senior leadership roles, ideally across regulated verticals (iGaming, fintech) and multiple international markets.
* Strong knowledge of CRM compliance requirements in European markets (e.g., Sweden, Denmark, Spain, Italy) and American markets (e.g., Ontario, New Jersey, Colombia).
* Ability to adapt strategies across different regulatory environments while maintaining operational consistency.
* Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to align multiple teams.
