Responsibilities:
* Participate in the design and development of Generative AI solutions, including models with transformers, embeddings, and LLM-based pipelines.
* Build and optimize traditional Machine Learning models for various use cases (classification, regression, clustering, etc.).
* Explore, prepare, and transform data, applying best practices for feature engineering to enhance model performance.
* Contribute to the automation and reproducibility of data science pipelines using MLOps tools, ensuring continuous monitoring and maintenance in production.
* Communicate analytical results clearly, focusing on applicability and business impact.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in the AI, ML, and cloud ecosystem.
* Manage a growing team, serving as a technical and behavioral reference.
* Participate in pre-sales activities and proposal preparation.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or similar fields.
* Over 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
* Proven experience in managing teams within this domain.
* Proven experience in developing Generative AI solutions, including the use of transformers, embeddings, and knowledge of prompt engineering.
* Strong command of traditional Machine Learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
* Fluency in Python and libraries such as numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, and seaborn.
* Experience with PySpark and handling large volumes of data.
* Practical knowledge of MLOps: model versioning, experiment tracking (e.g., MLflow), deployment, and monitoring.
* Experience in cloud environments, namely Azure, GCP and AWS.
