Overview
The community manager will be responsible for managing and developing a client's online community, building, growing, and engaging with customers via social media.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic planning and management of digital content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
2. Integrating social media content planning into monthly management processes, including briefing and final delivery.
3. Managing customer relationships and monitoring feedback.
4. Analyzing metrics and reporting social media activity to generate insights.
5. Community management, consumer relations, and creating copy for social networks.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in an agency environment working with brands, preferably in the banking sector.
2. Training in communication, digital marketing, creativity, or related fields.
3. Strong writing skills and proficiency in English (Level B2).
4. Portuguese C2 (mandatory).
5. Creative, idea-driven, and data-savvy.
6. Familiarity with social media formats, trends, and management platforms (Sprinklr preferred).
