Role Overview
We are looking for
French-speaking Customer Support Agents
to join a growing support team working with international clients and digital service platforms.
This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who enjoy problem-solving, communication, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide customer support via chat, email, and phone
* Assist users with platform navigation, account-related questions, and general service inquiries
* Deliver pre- and post-service support across digital products and tools
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues
* Communicate solutions and updates clearly and professionally
* Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service efficiency
* Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
Candidate Profile
* Fluent French (mandatory) and good command of English
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable using digital tools and basic technical platforms
* Ability to multitask in a structured, fast-paced environment
* Proactive, customer-oriented, and team-focused mindset
* Previous experience in customer support or digital environments is a plus, not a requirement
