Property Operations /pulli Oversee daily operations across Outsite Ericeira locations /lili Ensure properties meet brand standards for cleanliness, design, and functionality /lili Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships /li /ulp2.
Guest Experience /pulli Monitor and improve the end-to-end guest journey (booking ? stay ? checkout) /lili Handle escalations, complaints, and special requests /lili Ensure a seamless, community-driven experience for members /lili Provide on-call support for any property-related emergencies /li /ulp3.
Team Vendor Management /pulli Manage local teams (cleaners, maintenance staff) /lili Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners /li /ulp4.
Performance monitoring /pulli Use tools (property management systems, OTAs, reviews, etc.) to track performance /lili Analyze KPIs like occupancy rates, guest satisfaction, and cost efficiency /lili Conduct weekly inspections to ensure maintenance and cleanliness standards are met /li /ulp5.
Financial Oversight /pulli Track expenses, and operational costs /lili Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising experience /lili Support revenue optimization (pricing, occupancy strategies) /li /ulp6.
