Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Operations Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and strengthening profitable commercial relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Create leads related to assigned accounts and manage opportunity process from identification to conversion.
* Identify sales opportunities.
* Provide and negotiate offers.
* Prioritize opportunities of assigned accounts and coordinate with marketing and sourcing.
* Continuously shorten first order sales cycle of assigned accounts.
* Deepen market insights and gather customer feedback.
* Actively promote value proposition, collect and provide structured customer feedback.
* Plan regular field visits to customers, suppliers, and participate in relevant commercial events according to account plan.
* Ensure timely and successful launch of products for customers, with suppliers.
* Create and manage yearly customer account plan.
* Monitor progress of yearly account plan and proactively assess risks and opportunities.
* Communicate clearly the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas.
* Prepare reports on account status.
