Requirements Gathering

Data Analysis

Documentation

Create clear business requirements, process flows & user guides.

Continuous Improvement

Recommend enhancements to increase efficiency.

Stakeholder Management
:
Act as the bridge between business and technical teams.

Project Support
:
Help define scope, timelines, and deliverables for digital initiatives.

What You Bring
?? Bachelor's in Business, IT, or related field (Advanced certifications like PMP, CBAP are a plus)
?? 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Project Management (Digital/IT focus preferred)
?? Strong analytical mindset & attention to detail
?? Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Microsoft Visio, Power BI, or Tableau
??? Excellent communication & collaboration skills
?? Adaptable, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects
