Junior Backend Developer
(m/f) | Lisbon
Our Tech Development Team is a fully autonomous engineering unit responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining high-quality backend services within a modern microservices ecosystem. The team operates under a full DevOps mindset, ensuring that developers own the complete lifecycle of the software — from architecture and development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Working in an Agile environment, the team collaborates closely to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services using .NET, C#, EF Core, and SQL Server.
Design and evolve microservices that are scalable, secure, and resilient.
Own the full DevOps lifecycle: build, test, deploy, monitor, and support services.
Collaborate with an Agile/Scrum team, contributing to planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation.
What are we looking for:
1-2 years of experience in backend development with .NET and C#, building clean, reliable, and scalable services.
1-2 years working with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server, designing efficient data models and queries.
Capacity to integrate a team that works in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.

What We Offer:
Range Salary: 15k – 25k annually (gross value) – this value depends in your proven experience.
