Job Overview
As a business leader, this role oversees bookings across groups and social events, wellness, sports, leisure and wholesale, consortia, and travel management companies (TMCs) segments. The incumbent provides day-to-day leadership to a team of sales associates and leverages above-property sales channels to achieve revenue goals.

* Drive proactive and reactive sales activity across luxury travel, high-net-worth individuals, groups & social events, wellness, sports, leisure sales, consortia, and TMCs.
* Collaborate with Marriott Global Sales Organization (GSO) and participate in sales missions, roadshows, and hosted events to generate new business.
* Identify and activate seasonal campaigns and on-brand promotions to stimulate demand.
* Manage an individual sales portfolio and achieve personal revenue and conversion goals.
* Contribute to strategic pricing, rate loading, and promotions in partnership with Revenue Management.
* Recommend booking goals and KPIs for the sales team and track performance.
* Review market data and trends to recommend new opportunities and account prioritization.
* Drive accurate monthly forecasts and focus on surpassing budgeted goals.

Educational Background
