The project in Porto is one of the biggest investments in Human Resources ever made by Groupe BPCE worldwide.In ****, Top Employers Institute awarded Natixis in Portugal the Top Employer Portugal accreditation for the second time.Responsibilities Support the maintenance and operation of facilities by identifying and resolving issues, conducting inspections, and ensuring facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, codes, and standards including environmental, health, and safety regulations to minimize risk and liability.Coordinate construction and reconstruction projects.Optimize construction processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.Supervise the quality of execution, ensuring high standards.Develop strategies to address challenges in civil engineering or architecture.Efficiently manage project timelines and budgets.Stay updated on technological advancements and best practices in the field.Actively participate in problem-solving and strategic decision-making.Supervising and execution of facilities engineering projects.Assessment and continuous improvement of operational processes.Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.Maintenance and optimization of existing facility systems.Analysis and implementation of measures to ensure regulatory compliance.Qualifications Bachelor / Master Degree in Engineering5-10 years of experience in facilities engineering or a related fieldFluent English is mandatory;
