About The Job
We are seeking a Tribe Scrum Master (RTE) with a strong Agile mindset to lead an Agile Release Train (ART). The ideal candidate will have experience in scaling Lean and Agile practices, facilitating large development programs, and working with multiple organizational levels.
The role involves interacting with various teams, facilitating ART events, managing budgets, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The Scrum Master will promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and agility within a diverse, multi-location ART based in London, working with global teams and community practices.
Main Activities
* Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART.
* Coordinate Program Increment (PI) calendars and facilitate PI planning events.
* Summarize team PIs into Program PI Objectives and ensure transparency.
* Track capabilities and feature execution, and assist in decision-making.
* Coach leaders, Scrum Masters, and teams in Lean-Agile practices.
* Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments, and support resource planning.
* Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the ART.
* Work with Product Owners, Management, and stakeholders to align strategy and execution.
* Enhance value stream flow by improving DevOps practices.
Profile and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science (3-5 years).
* 5-7 years of IT experience.
* Fluent in English.
* Client-focused with strong communication and decision-making skills.
