Responsibilities:
Lead Marketing Cloud implementations and enhancements
Design customer journeys using Journey Builder
Develop and optimize email, SMS, and mobile campaigns
Manage data models, integrations, and automations
Provide technical leadership and mentor team members
Requirements:
5+ years of Salesforce experience with deep Marketing Cloud expertise
Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
Experience with data integrations and personalization strategies
Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills
