Operations Business Unit Manager Role
The Operations Business Unit Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting team leaders in achieving operational efficiency and client satisfaction. They are responsible for monitoring and ensuring the proper management of local topics, including business-transversal ones, as well as HR and staff-related matters.
The successful candidate will contribute to the implementation of clients' and Cardif Support's roadmaps by supporting managers in their deployment. They will also support Operations team leaders in delivering services in line with KPIs and service level agreements.
The ideal candidate will guarantee adequate activity and performance monitoring, resource recruitment, allocation, and scheduling, and technical means assessment to meet demands and business goals. They will lead and manage staff under their responsibility to ensure strong employee engagement towards objectives set.
Key responsibilities include contributing to continuous improvement and transformation strategy of activities, guaranteeing the right level of leadership in change management, and sharing and promoting Corporate Values and Positive Management spirit.
Requirements
* Advanced degree, ideally a Master or MBA, with proven Management experience in complex and fast-paced companies.
* Knowledge/experience in service delivery, KPIs, and budget monitoring.
* Capacity to identify, alert, and prevent risks related to global framework of service delivery.
* Knowledge of the automobile industry is an advantage.
* Minimum B2 level in French & English is mandatory; other languages are a strong plus.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
